心肺复苏用药观之我见

My opinion on medication in cardiopulmonary resuscitation therapy

回顾近十年的美国心脏协会(AHA)心肺复苏指南,仔细分析心跳骤停患者的病理生理特点,笔者认为心肺复苏应重视微循环障碍以及脑复苏,结合传统医学的急救理论,笔者提出了新颖的中西医结合心肺复苏用药观点,将之总结为"一二三四五六七"法则,将之整理后与同道探讨,以期抛砖引玉。

Over the past decade,with the deepening of the researches on cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),the guidelines for the clinical operation have been updated more and more rapidly.Guided by the CPR guidelines of American Heart Association(AHA)from 2005 to 2018,the author deeply analyzed the pathophysiologic characteristics of patients with cardiac arrest and put importance on the relief of microcirculation disturbance and cerebral resuscitation.Based on the emergency medicine theories of traditional Chinese medicine,the author put forward a set of meaningful medication experience of CPR combined with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,which was summarized as“1234567”principles.
