Construction of happiness framework of elderly care based on PERMA five-element demands of quasi-old people

目前,我国老龄化进程加快,养老需求不容忽视。养老的最终目标是帮助老年人群减负从而提高幸福感,积极心理学领域的PERMA理论幸福模型为本文探讨的话题提供了参考。准老年人的养老需求对未来养老事业的改善方向起着决定性作用,因此,本文将老龄化的服务人群侧重点设置为"准老年人"。从积极心理学PERMA模型的视角探讨并构建准老年人幸福养老框架,分析实现该模式所需的政府部门的支持,促进我国健康享老、幸福养老目标的实现。

At present,Chinese aging process is speeding up,so the demand for the elderly care cannot be ignored.The ultimate goal of the elderly care is to help them to reduce their burden and then improve their happiness.PERMA theory has built a model in the field of positive psychology and provides a reference for the topic.Since the direction of future elderly care undertakings depends on the demand of quasi-old people,this paper focuses on the aging service population as“quasi-old people”.From the perspective of PERMA model,this paper constructs the happiness framework of elderly care for the quasi-old people,analyzes the support from the government to realize this model,and promotes the realization of the goal of healthy and happy aging in China.
