医师-药师联合门诊对抑郁症患者 服药依从的作用

Effect of doctor-pharmacist combination out patient department on depression and anxiety and medication compliance in depressed patients

目的:探讨医师-药师联合门诊对抑郁症患者抑郁、焦虑及服药依从性的影响。方法:选取某心理科门诊的抑郁症患者650例,随机分为观察组(n=320)与对照组(n=330),观察组在医师-药师门诊就诊,医师给患者诊断并开具药物,药师提供可持续的服药知识辅导和服药不适答疑;对照组仅由普通医师门诊诊疗。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Morisky表比较复诊时两组患者的抑郁、焦虑及服药依从情况。结果:复诊时,观察组的SDS与SAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组中服药依从性好的患者多于对照组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明,联合门诊、大学及以上教育程度的患者服药依从性更好(OR=5.66、5.76)。结论:医师-药师联合门诊能够提高抑郁症患者的治疗效果以及服药依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect of doctor-pharmacist combination outpatient department on depression and anxiety and medication compliance in depressed patients.Methods:Totally 650 patients with depression were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=320) and the control group(n=330).The doctor-pharmacist combination outpatient department participated in the observation group,diagnosed and prescribed medicine by the doctor and pharmacist providing sustainable medication knowledge and discomfort guidance,while only the general physician’ s clinic participated in the control group.The depression,anxiety and drug compliance were compared between the observation group and the control group.The Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were used to evaluate depression and anxiety of all the depression patients,and the Morisky Scale was used to evaluate medication safety.Results:The SDS and SAS scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group during the subsequent visit(Ps<0.05),and the patients with good medication compliance were more in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that patients combination outpatient department,patients with college education or above had better compliance(OR=5.66,5.76).Conclusion:It suggests that the doctor-pharmacist combination outpatient department could improve the treatment effect and medication compliance of patients with depression.
