抑郁症患者抑郁严重程度与源检测、认知融合及思维反刍的关系

Relation of depression severity to source monitoring, cognitive fusion and ruminative responses in patients with depression

目的:探索抑郁症患者的抑郁严重程度与源检测、认知融合、思维反刍的关系。方法:符合DSM-5标准的抑郁症患者(最近2周未服用任何药物),分为轻度抑郁、中度抑郁、重度抑郁3组,每组各20例;同时招募健康对照20例。采用Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)、源检测三键任务范式、认知融合问卷(CFQ)及思维反刍量表(RRS)进行测评,源检测的指标为平均条件化源辨别测量(ACSIM)。结果:健康对照组的ACSIM高于3个抑郁组,其中轻度抑郁组的ACSIM最高(均P<0.01)。逐步回归分析显示,ACSIM与SDS标准分负向关联(β=-20.59),CFQ、RRS得分均与SDS标准分正向关联(β=0.66、0.30)。结论:抑郁严重程度与源检测、认知融合及思维反刍的关系密切。

Objective:To explore the relation of depression severity to source monitoring,cognitive fusion and rumination.Methods:The patients with depression meeting DSM-5 standard in Hangzhou Seventh People’ s Hospital were selected and divided into three groups(mild,moderate and severe),with 20 cases in each group.Meanwhile,20 normal controls were recruited.They were assessed with the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),three-key task paradigm of source detection,Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ) and Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS).The Average Conditional Source Identification Measure(ACSIM) was used to evaluate source monitoring.Results:The average score of ACSIM was higher in normal control group than in depression group,and the ACSIM scores in mild depression group was the highest(Ps<0.01).Stepwise regression analysis showed that ACSIM scores were negatively correlated with the SDS scores(β=-20.59),while the scores of CFQ and RRSwere positively correlated with the SDS scores(β=0.66,0.30).Conclusion:The severity of depression is closely related to source monitoring,cognitive fusion and rumination.
