摘要
以龙门起重机为研究对象,研究其在两侧驱动电机机械特性差异下的偏斜状况,分析了起重机偏斜运行过程,导出了偏斜侧向力的理论计算公式;进行实例计算,重点分析了机械特性差异的影响,并对偏斜状况下的起重机主梁进行有限元分析,为龙门起重机设计提供参考。
Taking the gantry crane as the research object,this paper studies its skew operation under the mechanical characteristics difference of the driving motors on both sides,analyzes the crane's skew operation process,derives the theoretical calculation formula of the lateral force,carries on the example calculation,emphatically analyzes the influence of the mechanical characteristics difference,and carries on the finite element analysis of the crane's main beam under skew condition,which provides a reference for the design of the gantry crane.
