基于APDL的门座起重机台车参数化有限元仿真

摘要 门座起重机的行走台车出现裂纹的几率较高,正确分析和处理裂纹关乎到设备的安全使用。文中利用Ansys的APDL语言进行参数化建模、有限元分析,同时利用VB软件对Ansys进行封装,开发了具有友好界面的门座起重机台车有限元分析程序。此外,结合案例将该程序应用到台车的裂纹分析中,为台车的修复提供了建议。 The traveling trolley of portal crane has a higher probability of cracks.Correct analysis and treatment of cracks are related to the safe use of equipment.In this paper,the APDL language of ANSYS is used for parametric modeling and finite element analysis.At the same time,the VB software is used to package ANSYS,and a finite element analysis program with friendly interface for gantry crane trolley is developed.In addition,combined with the case,the program was applied to the crack analysis of the trolley to provide suggestions for the repair of the trolley.
