交通运输部印发《推动交通运输领域新型基础设施建设的指导意见》,提出应用区块链技术,推进电子单证、业务在线办理、危险品全链条监管等任务。文中针对区块链在海事监管与服务中的应用,从促进数据共享、优化业务流程、降低运营成本、提升协同效率、建设可信体系等方面进行了阐述。

The Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China issued guidelines to promote the construction of new infrastructure in the field of transportation,which proposed the application of blockchain technology in electronic documents,online affairs management,and whole-chain control of dangerous goods.Aiming at the application of blockchain in maritime control and service,the paper probes into the issue from such aspects as promoting data sharing,optimizing operation process,reducing operation costs,improving synergetic efficiency,developing credit system,etc.
