摘要
2020年伊始,新冠肺炎疫情令人意外地在全球蔓延,在严重冲击航运业的同时,无可避免地影响到一线特别是超期服务船员,使得他们在心理上承受着来自各方面的压力和焦虑,进而对海上安全营运带来不可忽视的隐患。此文通过对新冠疫情影响下海员心理问题的主要表现及成因进行探讨,并针对这些影响因素提出相应的应对措施,以期能够为海员心理健康问题的预防与应对提供借鉴。
At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 spread unexpectedly around the world.While severely impacting the shipping industry,it inevitably affected the seafarers,especially overtime service crew,making them psychologically subject to pressure and anxiety from all aspects.In turn,it will bring hidden dangers that cannot be ignored for maritime safety operation.This article focuses on the major manifestations and causes of seafarers'psychological problems under the impact of the COVID-19,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to these influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the prevention and response of seafarers'mental health problems.
