Analysis on Yangpu Port Navigation Environment and Associated Countermeasures

洋浦作为海南省航运大港,亦是西部陆海新通道主通道的重要一环,将发挥区域国际集装箱枢纽港作用。随着航运产业发展,船舶大型化、专业化的趋势以及海上交通流增加导致通航环境质量下降,通航环境管理工作面临较大的风险和压力。本文通过对洋浦港通航形势及其水域关键通航环境要素的分析,查找通航环境存在问题并提出改善通航环境对策。

As a major shipping port in Hainan province and an important part of the main channel of new land-sea routes for western regions,Yangpu will play the role of an international container hub port in the region.With the rapid development of the shipping industry,the trend of larger scale and specialization of ships and the increase in the traffic volume of ships at sea will lead to the decline in the quality of navigation environment,and the management of navigation environment is faced with severe risks and pressure.Based on the analysis of the navigation situation of Yangpu port and the key navigation environment factors in the waters,this paper identifies the problems in the navigation environment and puts forward countermeasures to improve the navigation environment.
