摘要
实施风电机组叶片损坏预警是目前形势下电力企业适应市场经济、降低发电成本、提高经济效益的一项有力的措施。本文的叶根轴承卡瑟模型基于风电机组机理及数据同比方式进行建模,并在风电场进行实际验证。本文采用风电机组SCADA系统采集的数据通过叶根轴承卡瑟模型进行风电机组叶片损坏故障预警,其准确率和通用性满足现场需求。
The implementation of wind turbine blade damage early warning is a powerful measure for power enterprises to adapt to market economy,reduce power generation costs and improve economic benefits.Based on the wind turbine mechanism and data year-on-year mode,this paper establishes the model of blade root bearing caser model,and verifies it in the wind farm.In this paper,the data collected by SCADA system of wind turbine is used to carry out early warning of wind turbine blade damage fault through the model of blade root bearing.The accuracy and versatility of this method can meet the field requirements.
