红外热成像实时诊断在线系统在风电场的应用研究

摘要 红外热成像实时诊断在线系统是一种应用于输变电设备运行场所等区域的新型实时在线测温系统,重点论述该系统的技术设计、系统部署、功能介绍和工作原理,其主要通过红外热成像摄像机、NVR、交换机、客户端等设备组成,是一种通过实时检测电气设备关键位置、部件的温度值,并进行数据比对,最终实现越限温度值告警的预警系统,能够有效预判设备运行状态变化,为风电场输变电设备安全性运行和经济性提供数据支持。 Infrared thermal imaging real-time diagnosis online system is a new type of real-time online temperature measurement system,which is applied to the operation area of power transmission and transformation equipment.The system focuses on the technical design,system deployment,function introduction and working principle of the system.Infrared thermal imaging real-time diagnosis online system is mainly composed of infrared thermal imaging camera,NVR,switch,client and other equipment.This system can detect the temperature value of the key positions and components of electrical equipment in real time,and compare the data.Finally,the warning system of over limit temperature value alarm is realized.And this system can effectively predict the change of equipment operation status.The system can provide data for the safe operation and economy of wind power transmission and transformation equipment.
