摘要 本文研究了在充液率为20%,50%和80%时,浓度(0.01wt%~0.1wt%)及功率(10~105 W)对脉动热管启动特性和传热特性的影响。结果表明:启动特性以50%充液率为例,相对于去离子水来说,氧化石墨烯溶液在启动时间和启动温度上均有很大改善,其中0.01wt%氧化石墨烯溶液启动情况最好,启动时间最大可改善78%。传热特性:在20%充液率下,加入一定量纳米颗粒,可改善烧干情况,耐热功率增加。其中0.05wt%浓度在各充液率下传热性能都比较好,特别是在50%充液率,加热功率为30 W时,强化作用率高达34.36%。在80%充液率下0.1wt%氧化石墨烯溶液整体热阻大于去离子水,其他浓度下的热阻均低于去离子水热阻。 This paper studies the concentration(0.01 wt%~0.1 wt%)and power(10~105 W)at liquid filling rate of 20%,50%and 80%,effecting on the starting characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of the pulsating heat pipe.The results show that the starting characteristics are 50%liquid filling ratio.Compared with deionized water,the graphene oxide solution has a great improvement in start-up time and start-up temperature,among which 0.01 wt%graphene oxide solution starts most.Well,the startup time can be improved by up to 78%.Heat transfer characteristics:At a 20%liquid filling rate,a certain amount of nanoparticles can be added to improve the drying condition and increase the heat resistance.Among them,the heat transfer performance of 0.05 wt%concentration is better at each liquid filling rate,especially at 50%liquid filling rate,and the strengthening rate is as high as 34.36%when the heating power is 30W.At 80%liquid filling rate,the overall thermal resistance of 0.1 wt%graphene oxide solution is greater than that of deionized water,and the thermal resistance at other concentrations is lower than that of deionized water.
