医院建筑空调变频系统经济与节能性分析

Economic and Energy-saving Analysis of Frequency Conversion System for Air Conditioning in a Hospital Buildings

摘要 以天津某大型三甲医院为研究对象,对空调变频系统的进行了全制冷季逐时分析,以探究系统的经济、节能性。本文首先利用Design Builder对研究对象进行能耗模拟,得到制冷季建筑的逐时冷负荷,根据最大冷负荷配置冷水机组和水泵,其中机组和水泵均为变频。然后利用设备及运行约束模型,对系统逐时的运行策略进行分析,包括机组运行台数,运行负荷率,水泵运行工况等,进而得到制冷季总的能耗。最后通过与定频系统比较,得出变频系统机组节能率39.1%,水泵节能率48.6%,总体节能率达到40.3%,系统投资增量回收期0.94年,系统具有很好的经济、节能性。 Taking a major hospital in Tianjin as the research object,the hourly analysis of the whole refrigeration season of the frequency conversion system was carried out to explore the economy and energy conservation of the system.In this paper,DESIGNBUILDER is used to simulate the energy consumption of the research object,and the hourly cooling load of the building in the refrigeration season is obtained.According to the maximum cooling load,water chillers and pumps are allocated,and both units and pumps are frequency conversion.Then,using equipment and operation constraint model,the hourly operation strategy of the system is analyzed,including the running numbers of units,operation load rate,pump operating conditions of the pump,etc.,and the total energy consumption in the refrigeration season is obtained.Finally,by comparing with the fixed frequency system,it is concluded that the energy-saving rate of the frequency conversion unit is 39.1%,the energy-saving rate of the pump is 48.6%,and the overall energy-saving rate is 40.3%.The incremental payback period of system investment is 0.94 years.The system has great potential in economy and energy saving.
