北方冬季乳品厂利用自然冷源的研究分析

Research and Analysis on Natural Cold Source of Dairy Plant in the Winter of North

针对乳品厂常年需要制冷,消耗大量电能的情况,提出位于北方地区的乳品厂可在冬季利用自然冷源来满足所需的冷量。对应用自然冷源的可行性进行了分析,制定出在不同室外温度下使用自然冷源的方案和对载冷剂温度控制的方法。同时对利用自然冷源进行经济性分析,计算节省的电费和新增设备初投资,预计6年左右收回成本。

Dairy plants need refrigeration all the year round and consume a large amount of electric energy.It is proposed that the dairy factories in the north can get cold energy from natural cold source in winter.The article analyzes the feasibility of applying natural cold source.It also works out the schemes of using natural cold source at different outdoor temperatures and the method of controlling the temperature of coolant.And it carries out the economic analysis of using natural cold source and calculates the saved electricity charge and the initial investment of new equipment.The cost recovery is expected to be got after about six years.
