摘要
对FGH96粉末高温合金轮盘在室温120%超速预过载作用后的盘体进行取样,在550℃高温条件下测试了材料的拉伸性能和低周疲劳性能。测试结果表明:经过超速预过载作用后,FGH96粉末高温合金材料出现了应变强化现象,550℃拉伸屈服强度提高,低周疲劳寿命提升,高倍组织无明显变化,低周疲劳破坏模式无变化。FGH96粉末高温合金轮盘超速预过载过程对盘体材料的强化现象,对于提升轮盘低周疲劳寿命具有积极的意义。
The sample of FGH96 superalloy disc was taken after 120%overspeed preloading at room temperature,and the tensile properties and low cyclic fatigue properties of the material were tested under 550℃high temperature conditions.The test results showed that the FGH96 superalloy material had strain strengthening after overspeed preloading.The yield strength at 550℃was higher,the low cycle fatigue life was much longer,and microstructure showed no difference,low cycle fatigue damage model showed no change either.Analysis shows that the strengthening phenomenon of disc material in the overspeed of FGH96 disc has a positive significance for improving its low cycle fatigue life.
