摘要
长期在海水中使用的水下变压器受到海洋污损生物的附着,将会导致水下变压器相关部件的损坏或失灵,严重影响水下变压器的正常使用。本文介绍水下变压器的防污技术研究,针对水下变压器电解海水的相关参数,通过控制变量法分别研究了电解槽电压与电流密度和电解时间的关系,电解产生的有效氯浓度与电流密度和电解时间的关系,为今后水下变压器电解海水防污技术的研究提供理论基础和依据。
Underwater transformers are highly susceptible to marine fouling organisms due to long term use in seawater,which causes the damage of the transformer and seriously affect its normal use.In this article,the subsea transformer antifouling technology is introduced.Then,according to the related parameters of the seawater electrolysis and by using control variable method,the relationship of the cell voltage to current density and electrolytic time and the relationship of the concentration of available chlorine produced by electrolysis to current density and electrolytic time are studied.The results could provide a theoretical foundation and some references for further research of underwater transformer electrolysis antifouling technology in future.
