摘要
本文以丝网印刷用低温固化导电银浆为代表,从导电银粉的形貌及含量、有机树脂的极性及分子量、有机溶剂的种类及用量等方面来对导电膜层导电性能的影响因素及其作用机理进行综述。了解和控制影响导电膜层导电性能的综合因素,为低方阻、高品质低温固化导电银浆的研制开发提供更好的理论指导。
Taking the low-temperature curing conductive silver paste for screen printing as the object,the influencing factors and mechanisms of conductive film are discussed from the aspects of morphology and contents of conductive silver powder,polarity and molecular weight of organic resin,types and amounts of organic solvent.Then,the comprehensive factors affecting the conductivity of the conductive film and how to control them are stated,which could provide better theoretical guidance for the development of low-temperature curing conductive silver paste with high quality and low square resistance.
