不同光照强度对三叶青生长发育及其总黄酮的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究不同光照强度对三叶青的生物量、叶绿素含量及总黄酮含量的影响,筛选三叶青最佳光照条件。方法:选用“闽选1号”三叶青扦插苗移植于大棚中,用黑色遮阳网遮阴后光照强度分别为自然光照的5%~10%、20%~30%、30%~45%,每隔45 d进行测定和取材,共8次;叶绿素计测定叶绿素相对含量,以芦丁为对照,在波长500 nm测定三叶青藤茎、叶及块根的总黄酮含量。结果:随着光照强度的增强,三叶青地上部生物量与叶绿素的含量逐渐降低,而地下部生物量与块根中总黄酮含量逐渐上升,表明荫蔽环境有利于三叶青地上部的生长,而适度增加光照强度有利于三叶青块根的发育及总黄酮的累积。结论:透光度20%~30%的条件较适合三叶青的生长发育和黄酮类成分的累积。 Objective:According to the effect of different light intensity on the biomass,chlorophyll content and total flavonoids content of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum,the study is aimed to provide a screening the best light conditions for T.hemsleyanum.Methods:In this experiment″Min-xuan 1″was selected.Cuttings were transplanted in greenhouses,and the light intensity after shaded with a black shading net was 5%to 10%,and 20%to 30%,30%to 45%of natural light.The measurement and extraction were performed every 45 days,a total of 8 times.The relative chlorophyll content was measured with a chlorophyll meter,and the total flavonoid content in the stems,leaves and roots was determined at 400 nm and 500 nm with vitexin and rutin as controls.Results:With the increase of the light intensity,the above-ground biomass and the content of chlorophyll of T.hemsleyanum gradually decreased,and the below-ground biomass and total flavonoid content in the roots gradually increased,indicating that it was beneficial to aboveground growth in the shade environment,and a moderate increase in light intensity is conducive to root development and the accumulation of total flavonoids.Conclusion:Under the condition of light transmission 20%to 30%,the growth and the accumulation of flavonoids of T.hemsleyanum are more suitable.
