瞿麦的本草考证

Herbal Textual Research on Dianthi Herba

通过查阅历代本草及医书典籍,结合现代文献研究资料对瞿麦药材的名称、基原、产地、药用部位、采收加工炮制、性效进行考证,为瞿麦药材的正确应用提供参考。瞿麦药材植物来源有2种,分别为瞿麦Dianthus superbus L.和石竹D.chinensis L.。石竹以瞿麦之名药用,是瞿麦药材的主要来源。瞿麦道地产区已经发生变迁,全国分布广泛,其药用部位经历了“实”“茎叶合用”“只用蕊壳,不用茎叶”“地上部分”的变迁历程。古今对瞿麦“味苦,性寒”的观点基本一致,且《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版遵古鉴今,取瞿麦“利尿通淋,活血通经”功效之精华,符合实际用药情况。

Through consulting the ancient Chinese herbs and medical books,combining with modern literature research materials,this paper made a textual research on the name,origin,producing areas,medicinal parts,harvesting time and processing methods,sexual effects of Dianthi Herba,a basis for the correct application of Dianthi Herba is provided.There are two sources of Dianthi Herba,namely Dianthus superbus and D.chinensis used for medicinal purposes under the name of Dianthi Herba,and are the main source of Dianthi Herba.The geo-authentic product area has changed and is widely distributed throughout the country.Its medicinal parts have undergone the changes of″solid″,″combination of stems and leaves″,″only use of core shells,no stems and leaves″,and″aerial part″.Ancient and modern views on Dianthi Herba′s″bitterness and coldness″are basically consistent,and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition follows the ancients and mirrors the present,and takes the essence of Dianthi Herba′s″diuretic and leaching,promoting blood circulation and menstruation″effect,which is in line with the actual medication situation.
