摘要
车内散发的挥发性有机物(VOCs)如甲醛、苯、苯乙烯等是造成空气品质低劣的主要原因之一。研究表明,材料所含VOCs的散发特性由3个关键参数表征:初始可散发浓度(C0)、分配系数(K)和扩散系数(Dm)。针对散发关键参数的测定缺乏快速有效的方法,建立了直流舱浓度轨迹法测定车内材料散发过程的关键参数C0、K、Dm,侧围材料中甲醛散发的模拟值与实测值对比结果表明其拟合效果较好,测定得到的关键散发参数能够较好地展示VOCs在侧围材料中的散发趋势。利用该研究方法得到的侧围材料各VOCs关键散发参数,可以预测袋式法所含各VOCs浓度随时间的变化。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted from vehicles,such as formaldehyde,benzene and styrene,are one of the main causes of poor air quality.The study shows that the emission characteristics of VOCs are characterized by three key parameters:initial emission concentration(C0),distribution coefficient(K)and diffusion coefficient(Dm).At present,there is no fast and effective method for the determination of the key parameters.In order to solve this problem,a concentration trajectory method in ventilated chamber is established to determine the key parameters(C0,K and Dm)of material emission process in vehicle.By comparing the simulated value and measured value of formaldehyde emission in the side panel’s materials,it is shown that the fitting effect is better,and the measured key emission parameters can better demonstrate the emission trend of VOCs in the side panel’s materials.The key emission parameters of VOCs in the side panel’s materials obtained by this research method can be used to predict the variation of VOCs concentration with time in the side panel assembly tested by bag method.
