海上外挂平台结构滑道梁的设计方案优化

摘要 目前平台改造项目相当一部分的工作是基于老区的扩产改造,或者增加井口,设立扩产外挂井槽平台。在外挂平台设计中,连接新老海洋平台的滑道梁是用来支撑钻(修)井机作业的重要结构,在整个平台结构中起着十分重要的作用。结合工程设计实例,通过对外挂平台滑道梁的不同设计方案进行比较分析,提出了更经济、适用的设计方案,旨在为今后实施平台外扩工程提供技术参考和借鉴。 At present,a considerable part of the work of the platform reconstruction project is based on the expansion and reconstruction of the old area,or the addition of wellheads,and the establishment of extending well slot platform for production expansion.In the design of extending platform,the slide beam connecting the new and old offshore platforms is an important structure used to support the drilling(workover)rig operation,and plays a very important role in the whole platform structure.Combined with the engineering design example,through comparison and analysis of different design schemes of skid beam of extending platform,this paper gives a more economical and applicable design scheme,which aims to provide technical reference for the implementation of the platform expansion project in the future.
