砾石充填防砂技术在辽东湾海域SZ36-X井的应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据经验法及力学计算法等防砂判据综合判断,油井出砂成为辽东湾SZ36油田开发生产过程的主要问题,防砂技术成为确保油田产量的重点措施。SZ36-X井是该油田的一口生产井,在生产过程中发现前期防砂失败,经研究采用砾石充填进行二次防砂作业。根据该井目的井层情况,应用专业软件针对不同的井段进行了砾石充填模拟设计,并设计了不同的防砂管柱,砾石充填防砂作业分为上、中、下3个层位实施。现场施工表明,方案设计科学合理,技术措施针对性强,实施过程顺利,达到了预期效果。 According to the comprehensive judgment of sand control criteria such as empirical method and mechanical calculation method,sand production of oil wells has become the main problem in the development and production process of SZ36 oilfield,and sand control technology has become a key measure to ensure oilfield production.SZ36-X well is a production well in the oilfield.It was found that the sand control failed in the production process.After research,gravel packing was used for secondary sand control.According to the situation of the target stratum,the simulation design of gravel packing for different sections was carried out by professional software,different sand control pipe strings were designed,and gravel packing and sand control operations were implemented in three layers:upper,middle and lower.The on-site construction shows that the scheme design is scientific and reasonable,the technical measures are pertinent,the implementation process is smooth,and the expected results are achieved.
