摘要 针对渤海某平台模块钻机防喷器悬吊梁结构,基于API等相关规范,采用SACS和ANSYS软件分别进行整体结构计算和局部结构优化设计,并根据海洋工程所用材料特点给出满足工程需要的优化推荐方案。结果表明结构强度满足规范的同时降低结构重量、提高材料利用率,优化方法具有较高的经济性与可行性,对海洋工程其他关键结构的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。 Based on API and other related specifications,SACS and ANSYS softwares were used for overall structure calculation and partial structure optimization design of BOP hanging beam of a platform modular drilling rig(MDR)in Bohai Sea.According to the characteristics of ocean engineering materials,the recommended optimization scheme meeting engineering need was given.The results show that the strength of the structure can satisfy the requirement of the specification,reduce the structure weight,and improve the material utilization.The optimization method has high economy and feasibility,which has reference significance for the optimization design of other key structures in offshore engineering.
