Analysis and Treatment of Piston Rotation and Sealing Oil Leakage of Mann Type Gasholder

首钢煤气柜在运行中出现活塞旋转严重和密封油泄漏问题,导致气柜不能长期稳定高效运行,同时给煤气柜的安全稳定运行带来较大隐患。就煤气柜活塞旋转和密封油泄漏问题进行分析,通过活塞运行轨迹及密封系统各部件安装数据查找原因,制定有效措施进行处理,消除气柜运行中存在的隐患。

Severe piston rotation and sealing oil leakage occurred in the operation of gasholders in Shougang Steel,which caused the gasholders unable to operate stably and efficiently for a long time,and at the same time,it brought great hidden danger to the safe operation of the gasholders.This paper analyzes the problems of piston rotation and seal oil leakage of gasholder,finds out the causes through piston running track and installation data of various parts of sealing system,and formulates effective measures to treat them,so as to eliminate the hidden dangers in the operation of gasholder.
