Application Analysis of Water Balance of Turbid Circulating Water System in the Hot Rolling of Tangshan Steel

唐钢不锈钢1580泵站浊环水各水池之间水量不平衡,导致送稀泵及上塔泵启停频繁,泵组故障率居高不下。通过增加连通管道的方式平衡循环水量,降低泵组启停次数,达到了降低水泵及其配套设备故障率的目的。

The imbalance of water volume among the turbid circulating water pools in the stainless steel 1580 pump station of Tangshan Steel results in frequent start-up and shut-down of the pumps and high failure rate of the pump set.By increasing the connect⁃ing pipe to balance the circulating water volume and reduce start-up and shutdown of the pump set,the purpose of reducing the failure rate of the pump and its supporting equip⁃ment was achieved.
