摘要
针对首钢京唐公司热法海水淡化装置结垢情况,从加药系统优化、新技术运用、清洗技术研发等方面进行研究。应用阻垢集成技术,建立了热法海水淡化装置的多维度阻垢机制,对热法海水淡化装置的安全稳定经济运行起到一个很好的保障。该技术可以有效延缓热法海水淡化装置的结垢趋势,提高海水淡化除盐水产量,具有较好的经济效益。
In view of the scaling situation of the thermal seawater desalination unit of Shougang Jingtang Steel,the optimization of dosing system,application of new technology and research and development of cleaning technology were studied.Through implementation of this technology,the multi-dimensional scale inhibition mechanism of thermal seawater de⁃salination device was established,to provide a good guarantee for the safe,stable and eco⁃nomic operation of the thermal seawater desalination device.This technology can effectively delay the scaling trend of thermal seawater desalination unit,improve the output of desalinat⁃ed water and has good economic benefits.
