摘要
分析了某海水淡化厂第一效换热管垢样的主要成分,并进行了一系列低温多效海水淡化阻垢剂溶垢试验。当以海水为介质时,阻垢剂A的投加量在30 mg/L时的阻垢+溶垢效果最好;当以除盐水为介质时,阻垢剂A的溶垢最佳投加量同样为30 mg/L。在所选的4种阻垢剂中,MA-AA在30 mg/L的投加量时的溶垢效果最好。
The main components of the scale samples of the first effect heat exchang⁃er tube in a seawater desalination plant were analyzed,and a series of scale dissolving ex⁃periments of low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination inhibitor were carried out.When using seawater as the medium,the scale inhibitor A with the dosage of 30 mg/L has the best effect of scale inhibition and dissolution;when desalted water is used as the medi⁃um,the optimal dosage of scale inhibitor A is also 30 mg/L.Among the four scale inhibi⁃tors selected,MA-AA has the best scale dissolving effect at the dosage of 30 mg/L.
