摘要
高校食堂是学生在校期间不可或缺的重要活动场所,本文以合肥某高校食堂综合楼为工程实例,从建筑布局、系统设置等方面研究讨论了高校食堂建筑中厨房通风系统设计中存在的问题,并提出了相关对策,以期对高校食堂建筑通风系统的规划与设计提供参考。
College canteen is an indispensable activity place for students,taking a college canteen complex building in Hefei as an example,this paper studies and discusses the problems existing in the design of kitchen ventilation system in college canteen building from the aspects of building layout and system setting,and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to provide reference for the planning and design.
