大数据视域下高校档案管理的优化

Optimization of University Archives Management from the Perspective of Big Data

大数据时代的到来对传统的高校档案管理工作造成了冲击。在这样的背景下,如果不及时针对传统的高校档案管理工作进行优化和革新,高校档案管理必将"失能"。鉴于此,该文就针对大数据视域下高校档案管理的优化进行了探讨。该文首先从两个方面入手论述了大数据视域下高校档案管理优化的必要性,然后又基于此进一步提出了注意构建档案数据资源库、主动革新档案管理的工作方式、主动优化档案数据的使用服务这3点具体的优化策略。

The arrival of the era of big data has impacted on the traditional university archives management.In this context,if the traditional university archives management is not optimized and innovated in time,the university archives management will be"disabled".In view of this,this paper discusses the optimization of university archives management from the perspective of big data.This paper first discusses the necessity of University Archives Management Optimization in the perspective of big data from two aspects,and then based on this,it further puts forward three specif ic optimization strategies,such as paying attention to the construction of archives data resource database,actively innovating the working mode of archives management,and actively optimizing the service of archives data.
