基于GIS可视化的柳州市城镇建设用地增加与人口城镇化相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Urban Construction Land Increase and Population Urbanization in Liuzhou City Based on GIS Visualization

以广西柳州市为例,对其2013—2017年时间段内城镇建设用地增加规模数据和户籍人口城镇化数据实现GIS可视化,结合统计学的回归分析对柳州市各地区GDP数据和城镇化率与进行相关性研究分析。研究对于柳州市的健康城镇化以及开展"人地挂钩"工作有重要意义。结果表明:(1)地理位置上柳州各地区户籍人口城镇化率呈现以城中区为高城镇化率中心点,各地区距离中心点越远户籍人口高度城镇化率相对越低的规律。(2)柳州市各地区城镇建设用地增加规模和人口城镇化率均呈现出了相似的增长趋势并且随时间趋于平稳增长,发展上有着良好平稳的发展趋势。除三江县明显户籍人口城镇化率呈现增长趋势低于城镇建设用地增加规模外柳州市各地区随着城镇建设用地增加规模,户籍人口城镇化率有着相应不同程度增长,三江县的城镇建设用地和人口城镇化发展上还需要多加关注和调控。(3)经线性回归分析柳州市除鹿寨县外整体上各地区GDP与地区城镇化率两要素之间均呈现显著正相关性。

In this paper,Taking Liuzhou city of Guangxi as an example,GIS visualization is realized on the scale data of urban construction land increase and the data of registered population urbanization in the period from 2013 to 2017,and the correlation research and analysis are conducted on THE GDP data and urbanization rate of all regions of Liuzhou city combined with statistical regression analysis.The study is of great significance for the healthy urbanization of Liuzhou city and the work of"linking people with land".The results show that:(1)Geographically,the urbanization rate of registered population in liuzhou shows the law that the central district is the center point of high urbanization rate,and the farther away each region is from the center point,the lower the high urbanization rate of registered population is.(2)The scale of urban construction land increase and population urbanization rate in all regions of Liuzhou city show similar growth trend and tend to grow steadily over time,with a good and stable development trend.Except the sanjiang county census register population urbanization rate obviously showed a trend of growth is lower than the scale of urban construction land expansion outside liuzhou regions with the increase of urban construction scale,the household register population urbanization rate has a corresponding to different degrees,sanjiang county town construction land and the population urbanization also need more attention and control.(3)By linear regression analysis,the GDP and urbanization rate of all regions in Liuzhou city as a whole,except Luzhai County,presented significant positive correlation.
