摘要
创新创业教育是高等教育人才培养质量的新指标,已列入高校教育教学内容,贯穿当代人才培养的全过程。论文以地方院校本科创新型人才培养情况为依托,以所在院校实施导师制前后学生所取得的成绩为对照,总结了地方院校实施本科生导师制取得的一些成效,并就所存在的问题展开进一步的思考,提出改善措施,以促进本科生导师制模式的改革,从而为同类院校提供参考和借鉴。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new indicator of the quality of personnel training in higher education,which has been included in the teaching contents of higher education and runs through the whole process of personnel training.Based on the cultivation of innovative undergraduate talents in local colleges,the achievements of the students before and after the implementation of the tutorial system were compared,the existing problems in the current implementation process were considered further,and improvement measures of the undergraduate tutorial system were put forward,so as to provide reference for relevant colleges and universities.
