随着我国经济不断发展,我国的教育行业也在飞速进步。在高校设置课程教学中,体育课程的设置能够有效锻炼学生的身体素质,同时体育课程在开展过程中还有利于提高学生的自身应变能力,逐渐养成良好的锻炼意识,有利于正确培养学生的竞技意识。因此,在高校课程中体育课程具有重要的意义。而羽毛球作为我国传统的体育项目之一,在体育课程中也占据着重要的地位。在新规则实施的背景下,学校应该加强对羽毛球新规则的重视,通过改变其教学理念和教学方法,合理采用启发式教学来激发学生对羽毛球的兴趣,促使学生能够奠定良好的羽毛球基础,从而促进学生进行主动思考,最终可以达成羽毛球教学的目的性和导向性。
