摘要
在教育2.0背景下,通过产教融合完善双创人才培养体系至关重要,有利于解决传统双创人才培养中,双创教育与专业脱节、教育教学课程过于单一、优质实践平台不完善等一系列问题,最大程度地发挥产教融合教学优势和作用。同时,自动化专业人才培养中,为更好地满足新时代背景下对于新型技术技能人才的社会需求,需要全面通过产教融合的方式,促进双创人才培养体系构建,进而在校企合作、工学结合的过程中,创新全方位和立体式的双创人才培养工作模式,进而充分将双创教育与自动化专业教学相结合,从根本上转变以往双创教育与自动化专业教学的孤岛现象,实现多种多样资源和教学内容的创新,提升高校双创教育的水平,培养出更多具有专业技能的自动化专业人才。
In the context of Education 2.0,it is essential to improve the system of cultivating double-innovation talents through the integration of industry and education,which is conducive to solving the traditional double-innovation talent training.And a series of problems,to maximize the advantages and functions of the integrated teaching of industry and education.At the same time,in the training of automation professionals,in order to better meet the social needs of new-type technical talents in the context of the new era,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the establishment of a double-creation talent training system through the integration of industry and education,and then cooperate with schools and enterprises In the process of integration,we will innovate the omnidirectional and three-dimensional work mode of double-creative talent training,and then fully combine double-creation education with automation specialty teaching,fundamentally transform the previous island phenomenon of double-creation education and automation specialty teaching.Various innovations in resources and teaching content have improved the level of double-education in colleges and universities,and cultivated more automation professionals with professional skills.
