摘要 教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,关于教师职业倦怠的研究多是量化研究,不同地区的研究有不同的结论,但量化研究的方法基本相似,研究结果可重复性较低,只针对数据也很难真实地了解教师实际环境,那么很难提出教师职业倦怠问题的解决策略。该文尝试从已有的教师职业倦怠相关研究做数据分析,在此基础上结合实证研究来补充数据背后真实的教师产生职业倦怠的原因,以教师在实际教育环境中遇到的问题来探讨教师缓解职业倦怠的途径。所给对策均从教师本人出发,让教师掌握主动权。 Teachers are at a high risk of job burnout.Most of the studies on teacher job burnout are quantitative studies,and the conclusions are different in different areas,but the methods of quantitative research are basically similar.Therefore,it is difficult to put forward the strategies to solve the problem of teacher job burnout,because it is difficult to understand the teacher’s actual environment by data.This paper attempts to make a data analysis from the existing research on teacher job burnout,on the basis of which the empirical research is combined with to supplement the real reasons behind the data.This paper discusses the ways to alleviate the occupational burnout of teachers by analyzing the problems that teachers encounter in the actual educational environment.The counter measures are given from the teachers themselves,so that teachers have the initiative.
