在实施素质教育的大背景下应当优化青少年篮球训练方法,加强对青少年篮球运动兴趣的引导,促进青少年主动投入篮球运动。青少年篮球训练应当从提高青少年的兴趣出发,强调不断创新篮球教学的方式,让青少年在篮球训练中获得身心愉悦感。只有优化青少年从事篮球训练体验,达到高质量开展篮球训练活动的目标。该文简要分析青少年篮球训练的方法,着力发挥兴趣引导法的积极作用,总结兴趣训练法的应用策略,提升篮球教学的总体质量。

In the context of implementing quality education,youth basketball training methods should be optimized,the guidance of youth basketball interest should be strengthened,and young people should be actively involved in basketball.Youth basketball training should proceed from raising the interest of young people,emphasizing the continuous innovation of basketball teaching methods,so that young people can get physical and mental pleasure in basketball training.Only by optimizing the youth’s experience in basketball training to achieve the goal of high-quality basketball training activities.This article briefly analyzes the methods of youth basketball training,focuses on the active role of the interest guidance method,summarizes the application strategies of the interest training method,and improves the overall quality of basketball teaching.
