Measures for Improving Surface Quality of 950 Pickling Steel Strip

通过分析,找出950酸洗钢带表面质量存在发乌、发黄的5个影响因素。通过改造酸洗吹边装置及热风干燥器,对酸洗钢带吹扫用压缩空气加热,调整挤干辊,优化盐酸浓度、温度等措施,有效提高了酸洗钢带表面质量,钢带酸洗重洗率由4.8%降低到1.1%。

Through the analysis,it is found out that there are 5 factors that affect the surface quality of 950 pickling steel strip.The surface quality of pickling steel strip was effectively improved by modifying the edge blowing device and hot air dryer,heating the compressed air used for purging the pickling steel strip,adjusting the extruding roller,optimizing the hydrochloric acid concentration and temperature,etc.,the pickling and washing rate of steel strip was decreased from 4.8%to 1.1%.
