摘要
某钢铁企业健全信访积案化解工作机制,加强组织领导,建立信访积案化解工作方案。创新方法化解积案,包案领导接访信访人,引入第三方参与化解,体现以人为本原则。
An iron and steel enterprise should improve the working mechanism for resolving the backlog of letters and visits,strengthen the leadership of the organization,and meanwhile establish a work plan for handling the backlog of complaint letters and visits.We should use innovative methods to handle the backlog of complaint letters and visits,let leading cadre who has package cases responsibility receive complainants,introduce third-party participation in the resolution,and reflect the people-oriented principle.
