摘要
开发了基于3D打印模型的快速模具制造实验,说明了实验的开发思路、实验内容、实验过程的实施及效果。以3D打印模型为“母模”,制作硅橡胶模具、石膏模具、砂型模具等快速模具。加深了对计算机辅助设计与制造技术、先进制造技术、铸造工艺技术等理论课程的认识,给学生提供了综合性的实验平台,不仅提高了学生的实践动手能力、创新能力、解决工程问题的能力,而且进一步提高了学生在创新实验过程中的自主性、积极性。
A rapid mold manufacturing experiment based on 3D printing model is developed in this paper,and the idea of this experimental development,experimental content,implementation and effect of the experiment process are described.This innovative experiment uses the 3D printing model as the"mother model",Making rapid die molds such as silicone rubber molds,plaster molds,sand molds,etc.the understanding of theoretical courses such as computer aided design and manufacturing technology course,advanced manufacturing technology course and foundry technology has been deepened.this experiment provides a comprehensive experimental platform for students.this experiment not only improves the students'practical ability,innovation ability and the ability to solve engineering problems,but also further improves the students'autonomy and enthusiasm in the process of innovative experiments.
