三级医院康复期住院患者向下转诊意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Intention and the Influencing Factors of Downward Referral of Inpatients during Rehabilitation Period in Hospitals of Grade Three

目的了解三级医院病情稳定康复期住院患者向下转诊意愿及其影响因素。方法对5家三级综合医院的住院患者进行问卷调查,调查数据利用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析处理。结果患者对分级诊疗制度知晓率和向下转诊意愿均较低,家庭人均年收入、医保形式和就诊决定过程是影响患者向下转诊意愿的主要因素。结论提高患者向下转诊意愿,需要进一步加强实施分级诊疗制度宣传和基层医疗机构服务能力建设。

Objective:To understand the intention of downward referral of inpatients in stable rehabilitation period in hospitals of grade three and its influencing factors.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on inpatients in 5 comprehensive hospitals of Class A and Grade Three,and the statistical analysis was performed on the survey data using SPSS17.0 software.Result:The patients’awareness rate of the hierarchical medical system and the intention of downward referral were low.The average annual family income,the form of medical insurance and the decision process of medical treatment were the main factors affecting the patients’intention of downward referral.Conclusion:To improve patients’willingness of downward referral,it is necessary to further strengthen the publicity of the implementation of hierarchical medical system and the service capacity building of grassroots medical institutions.
