摘要
目的探讨住院医师规范化培训学员(规培生)工作倦怠现状及影响因素,为提高规培教学质量提供参考性意见。方法对上海市某医院764名规培生进行问卷调查,统计分析其个人基本情况、职业倦怠情况。结果规培生的情绪疲惫感(26.55±9.92)分、工作冷漠感(11.56±7.26)分、工作成就感缺失(26.13±8.88)分;学历和婚姻情况对规培生工作倦怠感具有重要影响(P<0.05);此外,影响规培生工作倦怠最主要的因素为:实践工作繁重,占用太多精力、对收入及医院的轮转排班不满意。结论大部分规培生处于高度工作倦怠状态。
Objective:This paper discusses the current situation and the influencing factors of job burnout among standardized trainees of resident physician(regular trainees)so as to provides some suggestions for improving the teaching quality of regular training.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 764 regular trainees in a hospital in Shanghai,and their personal information and job burnout were statistically analyzed.Result:Fatigue(26.55±9.92),apathy for work(11.56±7.26),lack of sense of achievement(26.13±8.88);educational background and marital status had significant influence on job burnout of regular trainees(P<0.05).In addition,the most important factors affecting the job burnout of regular trainees are:heavy practical work,too much energy occupied,dissatisfaction with income,and dissatisfaction with the rotation schedule of the hospital.Conclusion:Most regular trainees are in a state of high job burnout.
