摘要
目的探讨合替吉奥联区域动脉栓塞治疗局部进展期胃癌的效果。方法将我院2017年6月至2020年3月收治的50例局部进展期胃癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用替吉奥口服治疗,观察组则用替吉奥联合区域动脉栓塞治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PT、APTT明显长于对照组,FDP及D-D水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合区域动脉栓塞治疗局部进展期胃癌效果显著,能够提高血红蛋白水平,改善凝血与纤溶功能,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Tigio combined with regional arterial embolization in the treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tigio orally,while the observation group was treated with Tigio combined with regional arterial embolization.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group,and FDP and D-D levels were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tigio combined with regional arterial embolization in the treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer has significant effect,it can improve hemoglobin level,coagulation function and fibrinolysis function,which is worthy of promotion.
