比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪对冠心病心力衰竭患者心肌重塑、炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:7

Effects of bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine on myocardial remodeling and inflammatory factors levels in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

摘要 目的分析比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪对冠心病心力衰竭患者心肌重塑、炎症因子水平的影响。方法将我院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的150例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组采用比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TIMP-4水平均升高,MMP-9、FFA水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NT-proBNP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF均增高,LVESD、LVEDD均减小,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果显著,可有效改善心肌重塑相关因子水平,降低炎症因子水平,提高心功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effects of bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine on myocardial remodeling and inflammatory factors levels in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TIMP-4 in the two groups increased,while the levels of MMP-9 and FFA decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of both groups increased,LVESD and LVEDD decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure has significant clinical effect,it can effectively improve the levels of myocardial remodeling related factors,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
