Nd:YAG激光环形切开法与十字切开法治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级后发性白内障的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of circular incision and cross incision with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of gradeⅠandⅡposterior capsular opacification

目的比较Nd:YAG激光环形切开法与十字切开法治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级后发性白内障的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月我院收治的96例(96只眼)Ⅰ、Ⅱ级后发性白内障患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例,48只眼,Nd:YAG激光环形切开法)和研究组(48例,48只眼,Nd:YAG激光十字切开法)。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗前、后,两组的视力、眼压无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的视力高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后一次激光成功率均为100.00%。研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Nd:YAG激光十字切开法应用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级后发性白内障治疗中的效果显著,可降低术后并发症发生率,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects of circular incision and cross incision with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of gradeⅠandⅡposterior capsular opacification.Methods A total of 96 patients(96 eyes)with gradeⅠandⅡposterior capsular opacification who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(48 cases,48 eyes,circular incision with Nd:YAG laser)and study group(48 cases,48 eyes,cross incision with Nd:YAG laser)according to the random number table method.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences in visual acuity and intraocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the success rate of onetime laser in both groups was 100.00%.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cross incision with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of gradeⅠandⅡposterior capsular opacification has significant effect,it can reduce the inciclence of postoperative complications,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
