信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合医学营养管理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的应用效果

Application effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with medical nutrition management on pregnant women with gestational diabetes

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合医学营养管理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的应用效果。方法选取120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,以数字法随机将其分为对照组(60例,常规护理干预)和观察组(60例,信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合医学营养管理)。比较两组的自我护理能力、自我效能及母婴结局。结果干预后,观察组的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、糖尿病管理自我效能量表(DMSES)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的FBG、2 h PBG水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组母婴不良结局发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合医学营养管理应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,能够提高其自我护理能力和自我效能感,有效控制血糖水平,也能促进母婴结局改善。

Objective To explore the application effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with medical nutrition management on pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(60 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(60 cases,information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with medical nutrition management)by numerical method.The self-care ability,self-efficacy and maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and the diabetes management self-efficacy scale(DMSES)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FBG and 2 h PBG levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with medical nutrition management applied to pregnant women with gestational diabetes can improve the self-care ability and sense of self-efficacy,effectively control blood glucose levels,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
