目的研究医疗机构开展实验室认可的必要性。方法以湖北省内11家三甲医院为调研对象对计量检测工作的现状进行调研,通过电子邮箱向调研对象发放电子调研问卷,问卷内容包括计量检测工作开展范畴、存在的问题、完成情况、主观意见反馈四个部分,收集调研问卷后,剔除无效问卷,针对有效问卷进行结果统计、分析。结果被调研的11家医院中获得有效问卷9份,有效回收率为81.82%;9家医院中开展了急救生命支持类设备、临床高风险设备、实验室设备、辐射源相关大型设备这四类设备的计量检测工作分别占比100.00%、77.78%、88.89%、22.22%;在开展医疗设备计量检测工作中主要存在的四类问题:工作人员不了解校准报告中参数含义,占比23.08%;缺少校准报告结果确认工作,占比23.08%;需要计量检测医疗设备种类数量多,占比21.05%;计量检测工作开展比较被动,占比10.53%;并且在2017年-2019年这三年间只有少部分的医院计量检测工作完成率超过90%。结论医疗机构开展实验室认可可以解决当前医疗设备计量检测工作中存在的大部分问题,从而保障医疗设备的安全有效使用。

Objective To Research the necessity of laboratory accreditation in medical institutions.Methods Taking 11 three-A hospitals in Hubei Province as the research objects,the current situation of measurement and testing work has been investigated,and an electronic questionnaire has been sent to the research objects through e-mail.The questionnaire content includes four parts:the scope of measurement and testing work,the existing problems,the completion situation,and the subjective feedback.After collecting the survey questionnaire,the invalid questionnaire has been eliminated,and the results of the effective questionnaire have been calculated and analyzed.Results 9 valid questionnaires were obtained from 11 hospitals surveyed,and the effective recovery rate was 81.82%;the measurement and testing work of four kinds of equipment,including emergency life support equipment,clinical high-risk equipment,laboratory equipment and radiation source related large-scale equipment,accounted for 100.00%,77.78%,88.89%and 22.22%respectively;there were four main types in the measurement and testing of medical equipment Problem:the staff did not understand the meaning of parameters in the calibration report,accounting for 23.08%;the lack of confirmation of calibration report results accounted for 23.08%;the number of medical equipment requiring measurement and detection was large,accounting for 21.05%;the measurement and detection work was relatively passive,accounting for 10.53%;and in the three years from 2017 to 2019,only a small part of the hospital measurement and testing work completed more than 90%.Conclusion Laboratory accreditation by medical institutions can solve most of the current problems in the measurement and testing of medical equipment,thereby ensuring the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
