新型冠状病毒肺炎自2019年12月份爆发以来,疫情迅速蔓延。新型冠状病毒肺炎短时间的大爆发引起国内医用防护装备的严重短缺,政府和各单位只能通过紧急采购和捐赠等方式征集国内外的各类防护装备,用于应对这场疫情防控阻击战中。但是,各国生产的防护服遵循不同的标准,且各个标准对防护服性能评价的侧重点不同,使用环境也不尽相同,给我们的使用者带来了很大的困扰。本文首先对中国、美国、欧盟和日本的医用防护服的国家标准从标准的来源、适用范围和其所规定的性能标准进行了详细的解读和分析。其次对各标准所规定的主要性能和测试方法,从阻隔性能、物理机械性能及舒适性能三个方面做了比较,分析了各标准中的缺陷和不足,其目的是为了更准确、更合理地使用这些医用防护服。最后本文结合各标准中的关键指标,筛选出符合或等同于国内标准的医用防护服,特别是采购和捐赠国外相关产品时可指导使用。

Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in December 2019,the epidemic has spread rapidly.The short-term outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia has caused a serious shortage of domestic medical protective equipment.The government and various units can only collect various domestic and foreign protective equipment through emergency procurement and donations to respond to this epidemic prevention and control battle.in.However,the protective clothing produced in various countries follows different standards,and each standard has different emphasis on the performance evaluation of protective clothing,and the use environment is also different,which has brought great troubles to our users.This article firstly interprets and analyzes the national standards of medical protective clothing in China,the United States,the European Union and Japan from the source,scope of application and performance standards stipulated by them.Secondly,the main performance and test methods stipulated by each standard are compared from the three aspects of barrier performance,physical and mechanical performance and comfort performance,and the defects and deficiencies in each standard are analyzed.The purpose is to be more accurate and reasonable.Use these medical protective clothing.Finally,this article combines the key indicators in each standard to screen out medical protective clothing that meets or is equivalent to domestic standards,especially when purchasing and donating related products abroad.
