摘要
目的探究高速涡轮机联合微创拔牙挺在下颌阻生牙治疗中的应用效果以及对疼痛的缓解作用。方法在我院口腔科2017年2月~2019年6月收诊的下颌阻生牙患者中选出120例为对象,将其随机分入两组,对照组采用高速涡轮机拔牙,观察组在此基础上应用微创拔牙挺治疗,对比两组的拔牙完整率、并发症发生率、VAS疼痛评分等。结果观察组的手术时间和术中出血量均低于对照组,P<0.001;观察组的拔牙完整率93.33%与对照组拔牙完整率88.33%差异不明显,P>0.05;观察组术后并发症发生率16.67%低于对照组术后并发症发生率33.33%,P<0.05;观察组术后第2 d的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,P<0.001;术后第7 d的VAS评分组间差异不明显,P>0.05;观察组术后第2 d张口度高于对照组,P<0.001;术后第7 d的张口度两组均恢复术前水平,组间差异不明显,P>0.05。结论高速涡轮机结合微创拔牙挺在下颌阻生牙患者中应用效果确切,手术创伤小,且术后疼痛程度轻微,术后恢复快。
Objective To explore the effect of high-speed turbine combined with minimally invasive extraction tooth extraction in the treatment of mandibular impacted teeth and the relief of pain.Methods Among the patients with mandibular impacted teeth admitted to our department of stomatology from February 2017 to June 2019,120 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group used high-speed turbines for tooth extraction.On this basis,minimally invasive dental extraction was applied to compare the complete extraction rate,complication rate,and VAS pain score of the two groups.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.001;the complete extraction rate of 93.33%in the observation group and the complete extraction rate of 88.33%of the control group were not significantly different,P>0.05;The complication rate was 16.67%lower than the control group postoperative complication rate 33.33%,P<0.05;the observation group's VAS pain score on the 2nd postoperative day was lower than the control group,P<0.001;the VAS score group on the 7th postoperative day The difference between the two groups was not obvious,P>0.05;the mouth opening of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 2nd day after operation,P<0.001;the mouth opening of the two groups returned to the preoperative level on the 7th day after operation,the difference between the groups was not obvious,P>0.05.Conclusion The application of high-speed turbine combined with minimally invasive extraction tooth extraction is effective in patients with impacted mandibular teeth.The surgical trauma is small,the postoperative pain is slight,and the postoperative recovery is fast.
