摘要
目前三维医学影像在医学诊断中已经得到广泛应用,对于三维医学影像软件的有效性评价在软件质量控制以及技术审评中有非常重要的意义,体模是影像有效性评价的重要工具。本文设计并构建了用于三维医学影像软件评价用的数字化血管模拟体模。基于蒙特卡洛模拟工具GATE搭建了模拟CT系统,采集了上述体模的投影数据,对获取的投影数据通过滤波反投影法进行了图像重建,生成上述体模的DICOM图像。评价结果初步显示了设计的数字化体模对于三维医学影像软件评价具有一定的实用价值,也为解决此类软件的质量评价和技术审评过程中所遇到的问题提供了一个有效的研究路径。
Nowadays,3D medical imaging has been widely used in medical diagnosis.The evaluation of effectiveness is very important for 3D medical imaging software’s quality control and technical evaluation before its marketing,and phantom is an important tool in the evaluation of effectiveness.A digital vessel phantom is proposed in this paper for the evaluation of 3D medical image processing software.A CT system was simulated to image the designed phantom and the projection data of the phantom were collected based on GATE,which is a Monte Carlo simulation tool in the field of nuclear medicine.The digital vessel phantom was reconstructed by using filtered back-projection algorithm and the DICOM images were generated.The results of this study shows the designed digital phantom is prospective to be useful in the evaluation of 3D medical image processing software,and also provides a possible solution for the quality assessment and technical evaluation of such kind of medical software.
