Strategy Research on Emergency Procurement of Medical Consumables After COVID-19

本文通过研究在新型冠状病毒肺炎全国爆发的情况下,如何做好医院医用耗材应急采购,保障临床医护人员安全防护;以及在此次疫情过后,如何建立公共突发事件后医用耗材应急采购分类目录和快速采购响应机制。通过介绍上海在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎启动的应急响应模式,探讨医用耗材应急采购策略以及在SPD模式下的应急采购策略的相关研究。

This paper researches how to complete the emergency procurement of medical consumables in hospital and ensure the safety of clinical medical staff in case of the outbreak of COVID-19 throughout China,and how to establish classified catalogue and fast response mechanism of emergency procurement of medical consumables after public emergency.This paper also discusses the emergency procurement strategy of medical consumables and correlative research of emergency procurement in SPD mode through the introduction of emergency response mode of Shanghai in dealing with COVID-19.
