预防性维护在心电监护仪保养中的应用

Application of Preventive Maintenance in the Maintenance of ECG Monitor

目的探讨预防性维护在心电监护仪保养中的应用效果。方法于2019年3月至2020年1月对我院104台心电监护仪监测结果进行回顾性分析,并进行预防性维护保养,分析其监测结果以判断预防性维护在心电监护仪中的应用效果。结果对我院的心电监护仪资料进行回顾性分析,发现心电监护仪在使用中的常见问题包括心电故障(17例)、血氧故障(10例)、显示故障(6例)、心率设置(5例)、血压故障(11例)、开机故障(13例)和噪音(4例),合计发生故障66例,进行预防性维护可以对存在的问题采取针对性措施。结论对心电监护仪进行预防性维护可及早排除故障隐患,使心电监护仪在使用过程中处于最佳工作状态,显著提高设备运行质量和效率,并延长设备使用寿命。

Objective Discuss the application effect of preventive maintenance in the maintenance of ECG monitor.Methods The monitoring results of 104 ECG monitors in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed from March 2019 to January 2020,and preventive maintenance was performed.The monitoring results were analyzed to determine the application of preventive maintenance in the ECG monitor effect.Results A retrospective analysis of the ECG monitor data in our hospital found that common problems in the use of the ECG monitor included ECG failure(17 cases),blood oxygen failure(10 cases),display failure(6 cases),Heart rate settings(5 cases),blood pressure failures(11 cases),power-on failures(13 cases)and noise(4 cases),a total of 66 failures occurred.Preventive maintenance can take targeted measures against existing problems.Conclusion Preventive maintenance of the ECG monitor can eliminate hidden troubles early,make the ECG monitor in the best working condition during use,significantly improve the quality and efficiency of equipment operation,and extend the service life of the equipment.
